Dr. David Fraser, principal consultant at Fraser Leadership Group, is a public administrator and university faculty member with over 25 years of public and nonprofit experience, and over 15 years teaching in a public administration graduate program. He is credited with developing graduate courses in management, program evaluation, and fund development for the university where he currently teaches. He has also been a visiting professor of law enforcement leadership at the Felix Austin Police Academy.
A well-regarded speaker/presenter, Dr. Fraser has presented at conferences such as the Municipal Management Association of Northern California and the National Bureau of Business Licensing Officials.
