Led by Dr. Nicola Ifill, a seasoned public health educator and nonprofit leader, this practice area supports agencies working to improve community health outcomes through education, policy design, and systems-based approaches.
Dr. Ifill brings over 20 years of experience in health education, food and nutrition policy, and community-based health promotion. She holds a Doctor of Education (Ed.D.), a Master of Public Health (MPH), and a Master of Science in Food Science and Nutrition. Her expertise spans nonprofit program leadership, hospital-based outreach, pharmaceutical consulting, and nutrition system design in both the U.S. and the Caribbean.
