Dr. David Fraser is the principal consultant for Fraser Leadership Group. He hold a master's degree in public administration, a post-graduate education specialist degree in leadership, and a doctorate in higher education leadership. Dr. Fraser specializes in organization change, public policy, and qualitative research methods. He has been on the Cal State University faculty since 2005.  

Dr. Nicola Ifill-Fraser is an associate consultant for Fraser Leadership Group. In addition to masters degrees in public health and food science and technology, she holds a post-graduate education specialist degree and a doctorate in leadership. Dr. Ifill-Fraser specializes in statistical research and healthcare program analysis. She joined the Cal State University faculty in 2021.

Fraser Leadership Group engages the services of affiliate partners as needed to provide excellent services for our clients. Our affiliates are carefully selected and offer years of professional experience in higher education, public policy, public health, and leadership. Our affiliates also hold advanced degrees, and their work is subject to our review and stamp of approval.
